Ernie Spencer is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer with more than 50 years’ experience in the construction industry. Based in Essex, and covering surrounding areas.
Since 2007 Ernie has built up a successful private practice specialising in drawing work for alterations and extensions to buildings as well as conversions and new dwellings.
The vast majority of work comes via recommendation due to an ethos of a fast, efficient and cost effective service. Ernie has built up an expert team of consultants in order to fully support this service.
